LeAnne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University. Her work has involved training, mentoring and educating K-12 students and adults in higher education through a variety of teaching styles, techniques and strategies. Her mission is to ensure the children and their families succeed academically and professionally through her patience, passion and compassion for teaching.

Cole Appleman

Youth Program Coordinator

Cole is a Tahltan Nation tribal member who was born and raised in Alaska. He holds an Associate of Arts Degree, with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. Cole leads our Arts, Academics, Athletics, & Music Program (AAAM).

Marsha Madriaga


Marsha is an Alaska Native with an Associates of Arts Degree and over 10 years of experience working with and educating tribal youth. Marsha will be providing services to elementary students in the Arlington School District. Marsha takes the time to know each of our students and fits her teaching style to their needs, going above and beyond.
